Unit Cost Analysis

Construction cost data is mined from your tender/bid records; representing historic and ongoing capital works projects. To calculate the unit cost information, the labour, material and equipment costs are scaled to reflect the size and material of interest .This data is then standardized and organized into a database to help you calculate and query unit cost information by project, location, contractor, or any other important identifier for water and wastewater projects.  The organized structure of the database combined with the unit cost software algorithm assures auditable and reproducible decision making.

A proprietary machine learning algorithm uses the unit costs as inputs in order to help you to; rapidly estimate the cost of a project prior to the tender process, and then analyze each bid to defensibly award the contract.
